Gossiping can be very tempting. It might give you an instant connection with your interlocutor. It might lift your energy especially, if you both disagree with the victims lifestyle, opinions or deeds. I would like to warn you, away from this short term “pleasure”. It interferes, in the first place, with your energy field. Whatever energy you are sending out; contempt, mockery, disagreement – it will return to you with a double impact. Next time, when you are on the edge of temptation of wasting your precious energy on a meaningless gossip, go ahead and rather ask yourself, what is missing in your life? Which particular bits and pieces do you want to improve and get better at? Remember – your life is always a reflection of your thoughts. And what goes around, always comes around.
